The LRP Shopping Edit: Best La Roche-Posay Products

La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum, $58.99

A fairly new product from LRP, this wonder potion makes a great addition to their existing range of best-selling serums. Concentrating on resurfacing the texture of the skin and plumping those wrinkles from the inside out, this potent serum is your secret to a smooth and wrinkle-free complexion.

Retinol (also know as Vitamin A) skincare products are recommended as part of your PM skincare routine, because they can make the skin much more sensitive. I actually found this one great for sensitive skin — no irritation whatsoever. I’d definitely recommend this for younger skin, or for beginners who want to start including retinol in their nighttime skincare ritual.La Roche-Posay Redermic Retinol B3 Serum 30mLShop Now

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lip, $13.99

If you suffer with dry, cracked lips, then this beautifying balm will do wonders for your skin, especially during summer. Formulated with nourishing shea butter and vitamin B5 to keep your lips soft and supple, and to help relieve any irritation or discomfort.La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lips 7.5mLShop Now

La Roche-Posay Effaclar K Moisturiser, $24.99

My acne can get quite bad when it’s that time of the month — I often suffer with red pimples, blackheads and large pores. I don’t use this moisturiser every day, but more as a treatment when I do have flare-ups. It calms my skin of any redness and irritation, leaving a smooth, soft finish, and gets to work on my pores — after using, they look noticeably smaller. I would highly recommend this for anyone who suffers with acne, like me! La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) Moisturiser 40mL - $24.99Shop Now

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, $19.99

When I think of LRP, the first product that pops into my head is their Thermal Spring Water. And there’s a good reason for this! This popular mist is one of their hero products, and an absolute summer must-have. Not only does it cool you down when you’re basking on the beach, it also deeply hydrates and nourishes dehydrated skin. You can use this after cleansing and before applying serum, or simply as an on-the-go spritz whilst travelling or at the beach for an instant cool down!La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water Mist 300mL - $19.99Shop Now

La Roche-Posay Athelios Ultra BB Facial Sunscreen SPF50, $23.99

I use this product EVERY DAY in summer! I love the fact it protects my face whilst at the same time, providing a light, dewy finish to hide those imperfections. Oh, and did I mention that it smells divine? I use it on its own if I’m having a very natural make-up day or going to the beach, but if I want more coverage, I use it as a base before I apply my make-up — it provides such a luminous glow that it makes the perfect primer.

I have fair/light to medium skin that tans in the summer, but it’s super pale in the winter. So if you do have fair skin, I would suggest you try the La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid Tinted Facial Sunscreen SPF50+ instead, as the texture and colour is a little lighter to blend in with your skin tone. Having said that, this one still blends with most skin tones.La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra BB Cream Facial Sunscreen SPF50+ 50mL - $23.99Shop Now

Toleraine Eye Cream, $26.99

It’s hard to find the right cream for sensitive eyes. You might think it’s safer to stay away from eye creams altogether, that way you can avoid any nasty irritations or reactions. Well, let me tell you, you’re doing far more harm than good! Your eye area has fewer oil glands than the rest of your face, making it the driest area of skin, not to mention it also being the thinnest — that’s why it’s so import to find the right eye cream to give your skin the TLC it needs. This soothing eye cream has a beautifully light, radiant finish designed to hydrate, protect and repair the most red, puffy and sensitive of eyes.La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra Eye Contour Sensitive Cream 20mLShop Now
