Click & Collect is the perfect last minute shopping option, allowing you the convenience of shopping online, without the shipping costs and delivery time.
Click & Collect is available from our Kings Cross store at 91-93 Darlinghurst Rd, Kings Cross, NSW 2011. You can collect your order anytime between Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. (Excluding public holidays)
Click & Collect is a complimentary service offered. All you will have to pay is the total price of the products that you purchase (including GST).
We accept the same forms of payment for Click & Collect as we do for delivery orders, including: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, ZipPay, AfterPay and Humm.
Yes, all the products available on our website are available for Click & Collect. However, certain brands and products that are in high demand may take longer for your order to be ready.
Can I order gift cards when ordering via Click & Collect?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process Gift Cards via Click & Collect.
VITAL+ Rewards Program
If the store has stock readily available, your order can be directly fulfilled. However, if we do not have the stock available, it will take slightly longer for us to fulfill your order. Generally with most brands and products, your order will be ready within 48 hours. We will send you a collection email and text message when your order is ready.
*Please note, during busy periods our processing time may be extended.
You will receive an order confirmation email and text message advising that your order is ready for collection.
Head into our store at 91-93 Darlinghurst Rd, Kings Cross, NSW 2011 and collect your order at the counter, alternatively you can notify one of our friendly team members that you would like to pick up your Click & Collect order.
When you head in-store to collect your order, please bring:
A copy of your order confirmation email.
Valid photo ID, e.g. Drivers licence, passport, student ID, etc.
When collecting your order, a team member will record that you have collected your order.
Yes, however please notify us beforehand. The person collecting your order must present a copy of the order confirmation email when picking up your order. They will also need to produce valid photo ID at the point of collection.
There may be situations where you’re unable to nominate someone else to collect the order on your behalf. In situations such as this, you will receive a request from the store notifying you that the customer who placed the order must collect the order. To collect your order you will need to present a photo ID and your debit/credit card used as proof of purchase.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request.
If you are unable to collect your order from our store we are happy to send it out to your preferred address.
If the order value is over $50, you will receive free standard shipping. If the order is under $50 you will be charged a $7.99 standard shipping fee. Click here to read our full shipping policy.
Yes. If the item is incorrect or
