I have personally found hitting a RPM class the next day helps me move through a hangover fast! I don’t know why – perhaps it flushes you out. But, I have found this to be super awesome. It restores energy, you drink lots of water, you sweat it out. Only caution – maybe when you are not nauseous. Go when you are feeling flat and need something to kick it on.
