How do I place my first order online?

As you browse the site for products, click 'Add to basket'. When you are ready, select the 'Checkout' button and follow the instructions to complete your order.


The next steps will be: 

  • Enter your Contact and Delivery details: Confirm your name, postage method and delivery address
  • Enter your Billing details: Select your preferred payment option
  • Confirm and Purchase: Your order summary plus the total order cost will be displayed. Once you click on 'Place order' a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout.

 

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

 

Once you place your order you will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email (don’t forget to check your 'Junk' folder!), or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please email our Customer Service Centre:

After you received this order your order is going to be processed in 1 business day and delivered according to your delivery choice.

 

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.

  

Who are Guest Customers?

Anyone who shops with us but chooses not to become a Vital Pharmacy Supplies member or does not use their membership during the checkout process is known as a Guest Customer.

 

What is the difference between N95, P2, FFP2 and KN95? 

In terms of effectiveness against microparticles, and viruses, absolutely nothing. Internationally, masks are certified against the following codes: N95 (United States NIOSH-42CFR84) FFP2 (Europe EN 149-2001) KN95 (China GB2626-2006) P2 (Australia/New Zealand AS/NZA 1716:2012) All of the above standards, have the same level of filtration efficiency, being able to remove 95% of particles larger than 0.3 microns in diameter. That’s more than 100 times smaller than the diameter of a standard hair follicle.

 

What payment methods can I use for online purchases?

You can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or AfterPay to purchase from our online store.

 

What is the CCV on a credit/debit card?

It is the 3 digit code located on the back of your credit card, above the signature box and next to the 16 digit credit card number. For American Express, it is the 4 digit code printed on the front of the card just above and to the right of your credit card number.

 

What should I do if my credit card is declined?

If your payment fails, you will be given the option to provide another form of payment.

 

Will I get a tax invoice for an online purchase?

Yes. You will be emailed a tax invoice as soon as you complete your online order.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

After you've submitted your order, you can't change or cancel it. You can, however, choose to return your order after you've received it subject to terms and conditions. Please read our Returns & Exchange policy for further details.

 

What are the delivery fees and options for online purchases?

Our delivery costs are: 

  • Standard shipping is $10
  • Next Day Delivery is $15
  • Same Day Delivery is $25

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.

The delivery costs are flat rate regardless of volume, weight or destination.

 

Can I send a single order to more than one address?

No, we only accept one Australian delivery address per online order. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

  

Can I specify special delivery instructions and choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately you cannot specify special delivery instructions or nominate times at this stage. However, you are able to send your order to an alternative Australian shipping address. This is handy if you are sending your purchase as a gift or if you prefer that it's sent to your workplace.

 

How can I track my online order?

When your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code and a link to track it. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

From dispatch, the estimated metro delivery times are: 

Regular delivery - 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends*)

- Express - 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends*)

Please note that orders need to be placed until 11 am

- Same Day delivery - Same day (excluding weekends*)

Please note: 

  • For Express and Same Day delivery orders need to be placed until 11 am
  • Same Day delivery is available only Sydney Metro
  • For Orders submitted from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.
  • Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.
  • Delivery may take a little longer to regional areas.
  • Delivery times do not include day of dispatch

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped you'll receive an email to notify you that it's on its way. It will include your unique tracking number.

 

What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?

You will be sent a parcel tracking code when your order is confirmed.

You can check the status of your delivery via e-mail sales@vitalpharmacysupplies.com.au and quote your tracking number.

  

Do you store my credit card details?

No. As an additional security precaution, we don’t retain any details of your credit card.
