Otrivin Junior Nasal Drop can be used by children 6-11 years, on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist for the temporary relief of nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. 

Otrivin Junior Nasal Drops is suitable for:

Fast, temporary, relief of a blocked or runny nose caused by colds, flu, sinusitis, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis. Children aged 6-11 years only on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

Directions: 

  1. Blow nose gently to clear.
  2. Tilt head back.
  3. Insert dropper a little way into the nostril and squeeze bulb gently to release required number of drops.
  4. Repeat in other nostril
  5. Replace cap.

Children aged 6-11 years: 2-3 drops per nostril.

  • Use 2-3 times daily, as necessary.
  • Do not use more often than every 8-10 hours.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Ingredients:

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.5mg/mL.

Benzalkonium Chloride as a Preservative.

  • In children under 6 years of age.
  • If you are allergic to xylometazoline or any other ingredients of this medicine
  • After recent operations through the nose or mouth
  • If you have inflammatory nasal dryness Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use

  • If congestion persists for more than 3 days, seek medical advice
Do not use for more than 3 days unless advised by a pharmacist or doctor · Each pack should be used by only one person, for reasons of hygiene · Brief stinging sensation or sneezing may occur · Excessive use may damage the lining of nose · If irritation occurs or if you have signs of allergy, discontinue use Do not use in or around the eyes.
